FAILURE TO SCHEDULE SESSIONS OR FOLLOW THE PROGRAM DOES NOT RELIEVE THE CLIENT’S OBLIGATION UNDER YOUR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT.
 Session Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling appointments must occur at least twenty four hours in advance.  Rescheduling can be done in person, via text or by phone at (619) 757-7388 or via the TriSystem Website.  Any missed appointment or short notice cancellation will be considered a completed session. 

 Membership Cancellations: You may cancel your TriSystem membership at any time (excluding  Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.)  To cancel your program membership, cancel by logging into the TriSystem website or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send an email to jeff@trisystem.com which states that you are canceling your TriSystem membership or words to similar effect.  ORAL CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.  If you cancel your membership in person you must obtain confirmation.
