Class Explanations
SMaRT - Slow Maximum Response Training. This time-under-tension circuit class has 9 - 1 minute stations to cover the whole body for optimal metabolic health.
FitCamp! Push - This is an introductory push-up class that will get you gradually up to doing a variety of the age-old push up. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. This class targets the chest, shoulders and triceps with some abdominal work during rest intervals.
FitCamp! Plyo - A plyometric class that combines interval training with dynamic and stability movements. This is a way to get a great cardiovascular workout without having to do traditional cardio. TriSystem Plyo is great for balance, reaction time and core stability. Even if you cant jump, we can modify this workout for maximum benefit.
FitCamp! Push/Pull - This is an antagonistic workout that stresses the chest and back muscles in a push/pull/ab sequence. This Wednesday class works well as a stand alone or in combination with push class on Monday to target your ideal chest routine.
FitCamp! Tank-top - An aesthetic class that targets the shoulders and arms. If you want to tone up for going sleeveless, this class is for you. This class works through 3 shoulder, biceps. triceps and abdominal sequences that are sure to give you a nice pump!
FitCamp! Ball - A Perfect complement to the week of workout classes, TGIF Friday FitCamp! is a stability ball class that works to mobilize every major joint in the body. It gently uses the ball for every exercise for mild active recovery from the week.
FitCamp! Stretch - The gentle, no sweat class is TriSystem's on-switch to fitness. Interested in seeing what TriSystem is all about? Come to this free sample. This class will re-introduce and refresh every muscle in your body while improving range of motion and balance as we work from head to toe or from toe to head. Whether you've never worked out before, it's been a while or you've had a hard week of training, this class is as necessary as brushing your teeth.
